The Global VP of Integrated Marketing will play a critical role in enabling Sephora’s success worldwide, partnering with our regional teams to transmit best practices and develop complementary marketing programs for international use.

The role reports to the Global Chief Marketing Officer.

Please note that an internal lead candidate has been identified and will be considered for this role. This posting remains open to ensure transparency.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  1. Steward for the Sephora brand

Nurture the Sephora brand DNA, ensuring our positioning, brand strategy, and global brand guidelines are clear and well understood by marketing partners, cross-functional collaborators, and external agencies.

Cultivate our global 'We Belong to Something Beautiful' brand signature and institutional imagery, supporting localized applications in markets.

Maintain the central Sephora global 'brand book,' helping define the usage of our global look and feel, and protect key global sub-brands.

  1. Global briefs and creative development

Foster the creative vision for brand expression and inspire ongoing interpretation of the brand DNA.

Develop global campaigns that can be leveraged worldwide, or work with regional marketing teams to deliver 'leveraged' creative assets that meet the needs of our marketing community.

Manage relationships with key agency collaborators, ensuring outsourced content continues to inspire innovation and meet Sephora’s business needs.

  1. Marketing operations and global collaboration

Build new ways of working globally to accelerate collaboration and enhance shared successes across regions.

Establish timelines and processes to ensure global deliverables meet regional and local market needs.

Sponsor the development and continuous improvement of back-office tools like asset and project management systems to scale marketing efforts now and in the future.

Champion testing in modern marketing content development, including dynamic content creation, translation, genAI, and other scalable distribution methods.

  1. Community impact and cause marketing

Build cause marketing and community outreach programs to demonstrate our Purpose and engage stakeholders.

Create a global signature cause platform and support ongoing commitments such as Classes for Confidence.

Drive consumer awareness and engagement in our sustainability and social impact initiatives.

  1. Team development and management

Operate a lean central global team while enabling a broader community of marketers.

Identify opportunities to upskill marketers worldwide, fostering internal talent and enabling long-term success.

If you have:

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to inspire and generate commitment to long-term marketing goals.
  • Strong motivation aligned with Sephora’s values of inclusion and community impact.
  • 12+ years of marketing expertise.
  • At least 5+ years of team management and departmental leadership experience.
  • A proven track record of building successful brands and strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing communications and creative development, including advertising, agency collaborations, and content creation.

Geographically, the team is primarily based in Paris, but we are open to remote leadership.
