Incyte, un laboratoire biopharmaceutique, recherche un Onco-Hematology Product Manager à Boulogne-Billancourt. Le candidat sera responsable de la stratégie marketing pour des produits existants et à venir, en veillant à la conformité réglementaire. Ce rôle exige une expérience en promotion de produits pharmaceutiques et une forte compétence en projets digitaux.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en vente et/ou promotion de produits pharmaceutiques, de préférence en onco-hématologie.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets avec succès.
  • Excellentes compétences en anglais scientifique écrit.

Incyte Biosciences France is looking for an Onco-Hematology Product Manager based in Boulogne-Billancourt on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the F/M Product Manager is responsible for implementing the marketing strategy to develop the turnover of the products he/she is responsible for. The product portfolio includes 2 products already on the market and 2 upcoming products that need to be prepared for launch. He/She will work in compliance with the company's rules and the ethical and pharmaceutical regulations (Public Health Code, Medical Visit Charter, Incyte Biosciences France's Quality Commitment, Recommendations from the Competent Authorities).

Marketing Strategy

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of the product's marketing strategy (planning, budgeting, product development plan).
  • Manage the budget.
  • Coordinate and present Brand Plans to internal stakeholders.
  • Define the multichannel marketing mix, including a strong digital dimension.

Operational Implementation

  • Implement the marketing strategy and communication around the product (press, direct marketing, organization of congresses, symposiums, digital).
  • Adapt marketing campaigns according to the target and key moments.
  • Integrate and implement digital actions within marketing campaigns.
  • Propose development ideas for the activity and department.
  • Lead sales seminars and present product promotion campaigns to sales teams.
  • Manage the product budget.
  • Develop documents, tools, and promotional materials in compliance with regulatory and legal constraints, ensuring internal approval traceability.
  • Train and inform sales teams.
  • Select, validate, and manage suppliers or subcontractors (calls for tenders, negotiation, drafting specifications).

Marketing Performance Management and Analysis

  • Track and analyze product sales against goals.
  • Analyze the results of marketing actions.
  • Implement the company's quality policy and the Quality Commitment of Incyte Biosciences France.
  • Set up satisfaction and feedback surveys for marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market and competitor intelligence.
  • Analyze potential markets.

Requirements

  • Dynamic and proactive personality.
  • Scientific and Business Degree.
  • Experience in sales and/or promotion of pharmaceutical products, preferably in onco-haematology.
  • Proven success and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong interest and skills in digital project implementation.
  • Excellent written scientific English skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
