Our client in the IT Services and Consulting industry is seeking an experienced Digital Demand Marketing Specialist with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing channels across the European region. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Regional Campaign Lead and the Global Digital and Campaigns teams to ensure both global and regional campaigns deliver the desired results. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, requiring excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment with business and marketing objectives.

What you will do:

  • Support Global Digital Center of Excellence with the development of digital channel plans for global campaigns executed in Europe, based on regional performance and optimization insights.
  • Develop, activate and optimize digital marketing plans for campaigns initiated by region across key channels including web, email, SEM, paid social media, digital publishers, digital display, lead gen etc.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Analyse global and regional campaign performance in region to inform future planning.
  • Support region and country campaign extension activities related to global initiated campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights, for locally initiated campaigns.
  • A/B test content and channel strategies for regional campaigns.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and customer touchpoints and optimize conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and other partners on campaign build and activation.
  • Facilitate collation and collection of country demand generation plans in key markets, in support of global campaigns.
  • Champion digital best practices and ensure consistency in messaging, tone and visual identify across channels in collaboration with European campaign lead.
  • Present plans, results, insights and actionable recommendations to senior global, regional and country stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with global, European regional and country counterparts, acting as digital advisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including leading and managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident presenter with exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and demand generation.
