About the Role:

The Group M&A Legal team plays a crucial role in Sodexo's growth strategy, working across all business lines and regions. The team manages all aspects of M&A transactions, from sourcing deals to post-closing support, collaborating closely with finance, tax, and business units.

Responsibilities:

• Lead legal aspects of M&A transactions, working with business, finance, and tax teams.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Assess and manage legal and commercial risks related to M&A deals.
• Assist in preparing executive approvals and ensure compliance with internal governance.
• Manage external lawyers and legal fees.
• Follow-up on post-closing matters.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate/M&A, gained in a top-tier law firm or multinational company.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Location & Travel:

• Based at the Sodexo headquarters in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, near Paris, with occasional regional travel.
• Accessible via RER C, Tram T2, and metro lines. The company offers a flexible working policy.
