Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, relying on our internal teams.

You will also implement actions to strengthen support and enhance our services for lasting, optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to essential data.
• Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt, tailored responses.
• Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
• Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients with recent contact gaps, to maintain close relationships.
• Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
• Anticipating client needs and identifying risks, detecting disputes or contentious situations proactively.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a similar role in service or tech sectors, with an agile, resourceful, and independent spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with ability to work effectively in a dynamic scale-up environment
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PPT, Google Sheets/Slides)
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

Location : Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract : Permanent
