Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will rely on the expertise of our internal teams to achieve this.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support to existing clients and enhance our services' value, ensuring lasting and optimized relationships.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to these resources if needed.
  • Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt, tailored responses.
  • Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring they meet expectations.
  • Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients lacking recent contact, to maintain close relationships.
  • Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  • Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • At least significant initial experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector. More important than experience is your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PPT, Google Sheets, Slides)
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

Location: Full remote or based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract: Permanent
