As our new Inside Sales Specialist, you will have the chance to actively engage in sales activities within SMB (small to medium business) or Corporate (commercial) accounts. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and developing customer installed base through order management, contract handling, licensing, vendor support, and promoting Crayon's strategic offerings including SAM and Cloud services.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Initiating and participating in sales initiatives such as outbound/inbound calls, networking, emailing, and lead cycle management, as well as quote creation.
  2. Attracting new customers and cross-selling/up-selling to existing customers with 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  3. Previous experience with Microsoft software licensing is highly preferred.
