Job Description:
Tufin's Customer Success team is seeking a passionate Technical Account Manager (TAM) focused on driving optimal usage and ensuring complete adoption of our technologies among clients, especially in the post-sales phase. As a TAM, you will guide clients from initial interactions to full deployment of Tufin technologies, maximizing their return on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Lead initiatives to enhance product benefits and client adoption. Document and share best practices to promote product utilization. Collaborate with sales teams to emphasize the importance of consistent product adoption for client retention and upselling. Track engagement metrics to demonstrate value and meet goals.
- Technical Expertise: Act as the primary point for exceptional customer experience, focusing on product usage and value. Guide evaluations to optimize client infrastructure for seamless adoption. Provide detailed guidance during post-sales to ensure full utilization of Tufin products. Measure KPIs to validate strategies and demonstrate value.
- Customer Support: Resolve client challenges during initial adoption, coordinating with support when needed. Address immediate technical needs to promote continued usage. Use metrics to evaluate support effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with R&D and product management to adapt solutions that increase product usage and satisfaction. Share best practices and track KPIs to measure effectiveness and value delivered.
Requirements:
- Mandatory - French speaker; Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- 3+ years in network/security system design, implementation, operations, or consulting
- Experience with networking devices (Switches, Routers, etc.), virtual routing, and SDN. Hands-on with firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
- Familiarity with Linux server administration; SQL skills are a plus
- Scripting skills in Perl, Python, BASH are advantageous
- Experience in a customer-facing, technical leadership role emphasizing product adoption
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
