Context

In a growth phase, we are seeking a HR Director France for our agencies: Atelier Athem, Atelier Lum, Bureau Betak, Lefty, Cztar, Bureau Future, Kitty Events, Kitten, K2, Karla Otto, and The Independents holding. Reporting to the Global HRD, you will manage a team of four: a HR Manager, a Payroll and Admin Assistant with her intern, and a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Missons
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy supporting the company's mission, vision, and values across all subsidiaries.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to align people initiatives with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness globally.
  3. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring consistent practices across subsidiaries.
  4. Lead the design and implementation of talent development and succession planning programs to foster growth opportunities worldwide.
  5. Develop and manage competitive, compliant compensation and benefits programs tailored to local regulations in each subsidiary.
  6. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in each country of operation, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  7. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all subsidiaries.
  8. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement, respecting cultural differences.
  9. Implement and leverage HR technology and systems to streamline processes globally and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues effectively.
  • Strategic thinker capable of proposing innovative solutions to HR challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficient in HR systems and technology, with data analysis capabilities for decision-making.
