Objectives
  1. Participate in technical actions (ADC) based on priorities and product cycles.
  2. Provide customer service both on-site and via phone.
  3. Develop partnerships and maintain quality relationships with opinion leaders (schools, specialists, etc.).
  4. Ensure technical training, monitoring, and evaluation of the sales force.
  5. Support marketing with technical expertise.
  6. Ensure pharmacovigilance activities.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer and opinion leader (KOL) services and represent Elanco at professional events.
  • Develop and organize partnerships with experts, schools, and professional bodies (veterinarians, production actors).
  • Respond to technical requests and product complaints from clients (veterinarians, pharmacists, owners); follow-up on marketing actions.
  • Design and propose services tailored to client needs and market positioning.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor conviction trials of our products.
  • Prepare presentation materials and lead national and international congresses.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with opinion leaders.
  • Manage budgets allocated to specific actions.
Technical Training & Support
  • Conduct technical onboarding, develop new training materials, and deliver seminars and real-time field training.
  • Coach and support the sales team in the field.
Marketing Support
  • Validate scientific content of articles, promotional materials, and training manuals.
  • Stay updated on technological and scientific developments related to our products.
  • Manage the launch of new products, including sourcing, R&D coordination, and regulatory follow-up.
Pharmacovigilance
  • Record pharmacovigilance data, follow cases with healthcare professionals, and report in the dedicated system.
  • Evaluate damages and respond to any disputes.
  • Ensure continuous hotline service with systematic team backup.
Additional Tasks
  • Participate in global meetings and projects (Global Marketing, Technical Service, Regulatory Affairs).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to research, persuade, and work in a team.
  • Adaptability, quality focus, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of veterinary products, pathologies, and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in Office, professional English, and veterinary degree (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine).
Profile
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in veterinary practice or technical roles in the veterinary industry or sales.
Additional Information
  • Frequent travel within France and occasionally abroad.
  • Coverage area includes multiple regions listed in the original description.
