The Supply Stays team plays a key role in shaping Airbnb stays. As a multidisciplinary team, we partner with Hosts to conceptualize and develop high-quality, repeatable, and commercially viable offerings that align with our brand values.

The Difference You Will Make

As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of a book of business in your assigned territory, Belgium and the Netherlands, by managing professional host accounts and supply acquisition of high-quality inventory. You will build Airbnb's strong market presence in your region, collaborating with other teams as the local in-market expert. You will drive all phases of supply acquisition and market success, from strategy development to strategic host relationship management. Additionally, you will develop and refine scalable, localized supply management strategies for both established and emerging markets to secure long-term success.

This role is based in Paris (hybrid setup).

A Typical Day

  1. Build and manage professional host account relationships in Belgium and the Netherlands to exceed sales goals.
  2. Prospect and onboard high-quality supply in your region.
  3. Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with clients.
  4. Develop strong, long-lasting partnerships.
  5. Provide exceptional support to professional hosts, occasionally traveling for in-person assistance.
  6. Gain deep knowledge of your markets and serve as the go-to source for local trends and dynamics.
  7. Analyze data and apply insights to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
  8. Maintain understanding of software integrations to support clients effectively.
  9. Collaborate with public policy, legal, communication, and customer support teams for long-term success.
  10. Design and execute tailored engagement initiatives with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  11. Support host community programs to foster growth and engagement.
  12. Represent Airbnb in external meetings with professional hosts.
  13. Educate clients on product updates and relay feedback internally.

Your Expertise

  1. 6+ years in account management, partner support, and/or sales.
  2. Preferably 2+ years in hospitality/travel industry.
  3. Fluency in French, English, and Dutch (trilingual).
  4. Willingness to travel regularly to your market, approximately every 4-6 weeks.
  5. Proven ability to manage a lead pipeline or book of business effectively.
  6. Proficient in CRM software, especially Salesforce; Mixmax experience is a plus.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data.
  9. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  10. Ability to operate strategically and tactically in ambiguous environments.
  11. Capable of working under tight deadlines and balancing short-term and long-term priorities.
  12. Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy; being an Airbnb host is a plus.
  13. Experience working cross-functionally.
  14. Charismatic, resourceful, and self-sufficient.
