Position : SAP Admin. Location : Paris, France (Remote - 2 days per week) Duration : Long Term Contract

Job Description :

Admin SAP Basis N2 / N3, RUN, Astreinte, HNO, Build, SAP HANA

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the administration and operation of SAP applications within a dedicated team.
• Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to resolve complex incidents and optimize services.
• Ensure the provision of pre-production and production platforms.
• Monitor applications and process requests and changes.
• Update Operations Documents (DEXs).
• Ensure on-call duty coverage.
• Intervene in HO and HNO incidents.
• Understand the business context of the applications.
• Participate in activities related to Reinforced Run for critical EDF applications.
• Interact directly with sponsors when necessary.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of application architectures.
