Une entreprise leader dans le domaine des véhicules électriques recherche un Zonal Service Manager pour son opération en France. Ce poste à distance requiert une expertise en marketing de services, ainsi qu'une solide expérience dans la gestion des opérations de service. Vous serez chargé d'améliorer la performance des services et de soutenir la croissance du service après-vente tout en garantissant la satisfaction des clients.

Description du poste

Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based Electric Vehicles Division

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead dealer service performance in the zone and implement service processes.
  2. Establish EV service workshops in compliance with safety and operational standards.
  3. Drive growth in After Sales Service to increase customer market share.
  4. Achieve workshop loading and service volume targets.
  5. Promote penetration of Extended Warranty (EW), Roadside Assistance (RSA), and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  6. Support strategic planning for Spare Parts through market intelligence and dealer visits.
  7. Resolve customer complaints promptly and manage feedback.
  8. Coordinate service engagement campaigns and participate in customer events.
  9. Lead product quality reporting and warranty claim audits.
  10. Design service schemes to increase workshop footfall and service touchpoints.
  11. Communicate safety tips during natural calamities and promote peace-of-mind products.
  12. Understand customer profiles to improve service offerings.
  13. Assist in spare parts management and coordinate with factory teams.
  14. Ensure service readiness for new models and support onboarding of new dealers.
  15. Complete service projects on time, boosting dealer profitability and service absorption.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Extensive service marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of dealer service and parts operations.
  • Territory management and dealer contact experience.
  • Fluent or conversational in English and French; knowledge of additional languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
