Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead digital project delivery across key accounts. This senior role involves overseeing ecommerce project health, driving value-led outcomes, managing profitability, and coaching a team of Project Managers to maintain high standards and efficient delivery practices.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements
2. Building strong client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
3. Managing project risk, scope, financial performance, and forecasting
4. Coaching and developing project managers across multiple accounts
5. Driving continuous improvement in delivery standards and practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Solid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability)
• Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams
