Job Description:

PLG is seeking a dedicated Pharmacovigilance Specialist - Case Processing to join our hub. The role involves overseeing and collaborating with our PV team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accurate safety data management.

1. Responsibilities:
2. Serve as the key trainer for junior team members to enhance PV case processing quality and knowledge.
3. Review cases and identify areas for improvement.
4. Provide expertise and act as SME for the team, ensuring task understanding.
5. Manage larger client projects and serve as the primary contact for clients.
6. Monitor client KPIs.
7. Support in resolving NC/CAPA, perform RCA, and implement improvements.
8. Conduct Quality Control/Medical Review and support the team to ensure compliance.
9. Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
10. Understand client needs to meet and exceed expectations.
11. Organize team meetings as required.

Education and Experience:

• Pharmacy graduate.
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in service providers or pharmacovigilance (preferably 5+ years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PV databases (e.g., Argus, ArisG).
• Experience working to deadlines.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of GVP and regulatory standards related to pharmacovigilance.

• Team management and team spirit.
• Methodical approach and good communication skills.
• Decision-making ability, rigor, and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
