We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain team.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

• Forecast and coordinate stock replenishment based on projected needs and actual consumption.
• Process and track asset orders from forecasts to delivery.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule and monitor shipments.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across all warehouses.
• Analyze inventory trends to anticipate shortages or surpluses.
• Work closely with deployment, maintenance, and production teams to align supply chain activities.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Identify supply chain blockers and recommend process optimizations by working closely with the product team.
• Participate in and lead supply chain projects (tool deployment, process automation, supplier change, etc.).

What Are the Requirements to Join Us in This Position

• Fluent in French and English.
• 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning roles, with proven ability in forecasting, replenishment, stock monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations, and their impact on overall operations.
• Proficient in IT tools such as WMS, ERP, and other relevant software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced and international environments.
