Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, relying on internal teams.
• Implement actions to strengthen support to existing clients and enhance service value for lasting relationships.
• Develop and monitor customized reports, ensuring clients have access to them.
• Manage ad hoc client requests with prompt, tailored responses.
• Oversee client projects to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Organize regular meetings, especially with clients with recent contact gaps.
• Create access and demonstrate our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
• Anticipate client needs and identify potential risks or disputes early.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector; an agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-evolving environment.
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PPT, Google Sheets, Slides).
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.

Location : Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris
