What you will do:

• Preach agile and DevOps principles & culture within and across teams, mentoring and enabling teams to deliver the best software.
• Install and manage infrastructures as code, promoting automation to progress from CI to CD and beyond.
• Bring expertise on DevOps tools and technologies to the teams.
• Work closely with product owners, requirement engineers, developers, architects, system administrators, and other team members to understand requirements, estimate and plan stories, and deliver high-quality software in stable, scalable, high-performance deployments.
• Lead system deployments, performance, reliability, and stability across international teams. Act as the central contact point between group IT and international DevOps/SRE engineers.

What you will bring:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills supported by strong technical expertise, with the ability to clearly present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with tools and techniques such as GitLab/Jenkins, CI pipelines, merge trains, branching and merging, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenStack, scripting (Bash, Shell, Perl, etc.), Traefik, ElasticSearch, Minio, Kibana, nginx, Grafana, SonarQube, Artifactory, and familiarity with Java, ActiveMQ, Logging & Logstash/Fluentd, public clouds.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Degree, diploma, certification (ISAQB, SAFe, Scrum), or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Deep knowledge of DevOps practices, security, performance, resilience, testing, and a good understanding of software development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ideally in one additional language: French, Italian, or German.
