We seek charismatic and motivated Consultants to join our team. Please note, this is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a minimum day rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Role responsibilities include:

• Sourcing your own clients and referring them through our network.
• Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
• Acting as a consultant for client projects.
• Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Creating an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promoting our consulting services within your network and encouraging cross-referrals.
• Receiving a share of our daily billing, starting from a minimum of €355 per referral.

Requirements to be considered:

• Consulting experience in one of our practice areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional communication skills and grammar.
