Job Description

The Barman is responsible for ensuring the best guest experience possible in a lively, dynamic environment. You will participate in drink service, welcoming and serving guests while following standards, respecting food safety regulations, and managing the budget. To maintain quality and customer satisfaction, you will master our products and menus to advise guests and encourage additional sales.

The Barman should possess good interpersonal skills and take care of guests to ensure they have an excellent stay at our hotel.

Profile

Prior hospitality training or experience in a branded, customer-facing environment is desirable. Conversational English is required. You should be comfortable following guidelines, knowledgeable about service standards, and capable of representing the hotel's image through quality work and a great guest experience.
