Role Details:

This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum day rate of €355 for all referral work. Larger projects will attract a higher rate.

Responsibilities:

1. Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
2. Our office team will handle all client contracts and billing.
3. Act as a consultant on client projects.
4. Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
5. Create an independent client referral pipeline.
6. Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
7. Receive a share of our daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral work.

Candidate Requirements:

• Consulting experience in one of the practice areas listed above.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional grammar and telephone manner.
