You will be responsible for the development of new projects and green spaces in Europe :

Main responsibilities :

1. Opportunity identification and acquisition :

• Identify new investment and project opportunities.
• Develop contacts with local government, local partners, upstream and downstream units in the industrial chain to secure project opportunities.
• Conduct preliminary feasibility studies and technical analysis of merger and acquisition projects.

• Prepare investment project application documents and mobilize the responsible departments to proceed with the validation of the investment project.
• Resolve any difficulties raised by the departments and complete the drafting of the project validation report and its validation.

• Responsible for coordination with departments involved in the preparation of the feasibility study, risk assessment, environmental impact assessment, bidding, negotiations with various stakeholders.
• Responsible for procurement of government approval documents and processing of licenses, environmental due diligence, filing of appraisal.
• Other work must be organized in accordance with the merger and acquisition process for local projects.

• Prepare investment decision request documents and proceed to investment decision approval in compliance with approved organizations.
• Coordinate with the relevant Group departments to clarify the issues at stake.
• For green belt development projects, once the investment decision has been made, transfer the project to the engineering coordination center.

• Once the investment decision has been approved, submit a binding offer or tender.
• Organize the negotiation and signature of a shareholder cooperation agreement.
• Prepare a handover plan to complete successful delivery of the project.

Profile :

• Fluent in English & French.
• Master degree.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Good team spirit.
