Experience: senior (8 to 10 years) or expert (10 to 15 years)

Language: Fluent in English

Previous experience: as a QC manager at yards (offshore industry)

The QC Site Manager will be based in the fabrication yard and will coordinate the QC inspectors (welding, mechanical, painting, electrical, corrosion, instrumentation, etc.). Responsibilities include:

1. Checking the proper implementation of the Contractor's project quality management system (PQMS) at the site.
2. Supporting the Project Quality Manager (PQM) in allocating QC Inspector functions across the project and ensuring onsite coordination.
3. Ensuring communication of all site QC matters through regular meetings with the RTE Site Manager and the project construction team.
4. Verifying that tests, controls, and inspections are conducted and documented according to applicable Master ITPs, ITPs, including mechanical completion.
5. Ensuring Nonconformities are properly captured by the Contractor, with timely corrective actions.
