Your Mission:
As our Key Account and International Development Manager, you will play a central role in driving our commercial strategy and expanding our global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize relationships with automotive manufacturers and partner assistance companies.
  • Leverage existing agreements to ensure a steady customer flow to our franchised locations.
  • Coordinate with affiliate entities (banks, leasing firms) to address specific client needs, particularly regarding vehicle delivery and contract transitions.
  • Develop and present strategic commercial proposals to attract new clients and maximize the use of our reservation systems.
  • Ensure outstanding service quality for end customers, focusing on vehicle availability and efficient rental processes.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with external insurance and assistance providers.

Your Impact Will Be Measured By:

  • Number of new accounts signed and new customer revenue generated
  • Growth and development of existing accounts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) managing key accounts, ideally in the automotive, insurance, or assistance sectors.
  • Strong track record of navigating international corporate environments.
  • Excellent relationship management skills across diverse cultures and markets.
  • Technical proficiency with reservation systems and operational processes.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
