Description du poste

Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, leveraging the expertise of our internal teams.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance the value of our services to ensure lasting and optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to these resources.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt and tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients who haven't been in recent contact, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and demonstrating our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying risks, detecting potential disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • At least some significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector. Your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Slides).
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Contract: Permanent.
