We invite charismatic and motivated Consultants to join our team. Please note, this is a self-employed, commission-only role with a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Role responsibilities include:

• Source clients and refer them through our network.
• Our office team manages all client contracts and billing.
• Serve as a consultant for client projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Create and manage an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
• Earn a share of our daily billing, starting with a minimum of €355 per day for referral work, with potential for higher rates on larger projects.

To be considered, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of the practice areas listed above.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Good grammar and a professional telephone manner.
