Job Description:

Position:

Integrate into the "Solution SI MMA" team under the Information Systems and Digital Directorate (DSIN) of the Covéa group. The "Solutions Portails Assurantiels MMA" entity is seeking an application officer for its "Solutions Postes de Travail & Intégration SI" team, dedicated to the LEGACY MMA domain.

Team Mission:

The Legacy MMA assets include:

• Several peripheral applications.
• The GIGA base integrated into P9, a comprehensive tool for communication, workflow management, and activities, offering:
  • An interface for communication with providers.
  • Visibility of exchanges within the company.
  • Activity management within various baskets.
  • Real-time and post-activity monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Support MMA business units and ensure quality of service during both BUILD phases and RUN operations.
• Conduct feasibility studies in the Legacy MMA domain.
• Participate in migrating applications based on obsolete technologies.
• Contribute to rewriting the P9 GIGA application.
• Collaborate on the team's overall workload planning and resource allocation.
• Engage in resource planning with domain experts and team managers, respecting workload and skill development needs.
• Manage and oversee solution deliveries.
• Design solutions within the relevant domain.
• Perform development, analysis, and bug fixing.
• Ensure quality standards for developments in collaboration with the competency center.
• Oversee solution deployment.

Profile:

Functional & Application Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of IT solutions in MMA and COVEA insurance domains.
• Knowledge of insurance management information systems is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, SOA, SOUse, CoveUse, and Oracle technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and prepare detailed synthesis reports.
• Skill in writing and understanding application specifications in a multi-technology environment.
• Capability to map IT architecture and evaluate solution integration within complex ecosystems.
