Job Description:

We are looking for a Finance controls Officer and Manager of environmental reporting to join AXA Partners' financial teams.

You will be responsible for internal financial controls and environmental reporting, reporting to the Manager of group accounting, tax, and finance controls.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Internal control officer
2. Prepares group instructions on the implementation of first-level internal control related to finance within AXA Assistance.
3. Acts as the main contact for the Risk Management team, ensuring alignment on risks and controls.
4. Defines controls with local finance teams and internal controllers.
5. Contributes to implementing controls in the Scala reporting tool.
6. Communicates IFC instructions from AXA Group and Risk Management to finance teams.
7. Designs initiatives to improve data quality in financial reporting.
8. Ensures correct execution of IFC controls, especially Scala updates with evidence.

Head of environmental reporting and compliance

1. Prepares group instructions on environmental reporting.
2. Coordinates collection of environmental data from various departments.
3. Checks data quality and consistency, requests amendments, and validates data in PROGRESS for ESG reporting.
4. Acts as the main interface for environmental reporting with the Group and local teams.
5. Prepares regular environmental reports, analyzing KPIs and justifying variations.
6. Reports data in the Magnitude reporting tool.
7. Drafts data collection processes for environmental reporting.

We seek a candidate with a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Controlling, or similar, with knowledge of environmental issues and reporting regulations, fluent in English, and experienced in multicultural environments.
