Our Team

The Wonka Team, focused on generative AI content development, is a new in-house team creating content for Opella’s key brands throughout the consumer journey—covering social media, e-commerce, and websites. The team leverages generative AI to produce content directly in contact with brands and marketing, leading a transformation in content creation, processes, and innovation.

We seek a daring professional who embraces generative AI and talent to challenge the status quo.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of content professionals, fostering creativity and excellence, and pioneering content transformation for brands.
  2. Serve as the main contact point between art direction, writing, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and timely content delivery.
  3. Develop and manage end-to-end content production workflows for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  4. Oversee resource allocation, balancing workloads to meet deadlines and brand demands.
  5. Monitor KPIs to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  6. Ensure all content complies with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
  7. Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to refine content strategies.
  8. Collaborate with the Martech team to explore automation and enhance creative capabilities.
About You
  • 7+ years of experience in content operations, strategy, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale content operations.
  • Strong knowledge of DAMs, workflows, content creation tools, and generative AI solutions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
