Job Description:

The Group Procurement has prioritized digital transformation to support sourcing, selling, and streamline procurement for our hotels and partners. This role focuses on supporting local procurement teams with digital tools, enhancing adoption, and working within a global digital roadmap.

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Team, you will gain insights into procurement activities and collaborate with international stakeholders.

What you will be doing:
  • Create digital content for various platforms, including marketing on P2P and updates on the Astore website.
  • Monitor platform KPIs and analyze traffic and satisfaction data.
  • Support reporting with dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Participate in functional testing with digital transformation managers.
  • Analyze digital trends and provide feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5 education level
  • Studies in Digital communication or project management
  • Fluent in English and French, with most deliverables in English
Profile and Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic learner and proactive
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva skills a plus
  • Curious about BI tools and technology
  • Team-oriented with multitasking abilities
