Your role involves collaborating with teammates to implement new features, improve products globally, and define new product requirements with the product team.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop high-performance, highly available, and scalable applications using microservices architecture, with an understanding of observability.
• Add to existing services or develop new services to support features.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting users across various regions.
• Collaborate with the product team to define new product requirements and design solutions.

Experience:

• Experience scaling systems sustainably through automation and improving reliability and velocity.
• Experience conducting incident response and postmortems.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues in a cross-functional environment.
• Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, with a willingness to challenge and improve ideas while maintaining relationships.
• Ownership of tasks and a persistent approach to root cause analysis and resolution.

Technical skills:

We have a diverse tech stack and are open to your preferences if you are willing to work with a microservices approach. You will have opportunities to explore new technologies.
