Main responsibilities

  • Develop and validate the brand strategy based on vision and competitive advantage.
  • Lead brand building efforts, including positioning, architecture, claims, and packaging design in collaboration with global leadership.
  • Align cross-functional teams on brand strategy through tactical plans.
  • Expand product offerings using consumer insights and develop innovation concepts.
  • Deliver annual global brand plans aligned with category strategy.
  • Establish strategic guidelines for regional and local brand initiatives to enhance brand equity and engagement.
  • Support regions and countries in achieving strategic objectives through coaching and collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends and brand performance, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Manage the brand budget and analyze marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement global communication strategies in collaboration with key markets.
  • Build partnerships with communication agencies.

About you

  • Minimum 8 years in consumer marketing, global experience preferred.
  • Experience in marketing strategies, branding, advertising, and product development.
  • Independent project management skills.
  • Educational background: Business School or Bac+5 +MBA, ideally in marketing.
  • Strategic, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
