SIRH CHRONOS

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Minimum 1 year

Location: IDF (Near Paris - Easily accessible by public transport)

Remote Work: 50%

Context: Within the Human Resources Department, reporting to the HRIS Service, you will join a team of three project managers and work under the responsibility of the Service Manager. The HRIS Service provides efficient tools for time and activity management, recruitment, training, payroll, administrative personnel management, medical visits, and document management (GED). It also ensures corrective and evolutionary maintenance as part of a continuous improvement approach.

Your primary mission will be to ensure the evolution and administration of Chronos, our key Time and Activities Management software, used 24/7. Subsequently, you may work on other HRIS projects.

International Context: Some travel within Europe may be required.

Mission:
  • Gather business needs (Business workshop)
  • Translate needs into solutions within the ASYS tool
  • Testing / User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Incident management
  • Time management
  • Collaborate with managers on scheduling
  • Co-host project meetings with the IT department related to Chronos
  • Analyze and qualify internal client needs, acting as a bridge between business and IT
  • Lead and deploy Chronos evolutions respecting deadlines
  • Continuously verify the proper functioning between Chronos and the payroll tool
  • Identify and manage evolutions while minimizing risks
  • Support and assist users
  • Manage and track anomalies via ticketing tools
  • Perform corrective testing with the business
  • Report activity to the service manager

These tasks will be expanded with the implementation of related tools to optimize the HRIS and improve employee experience.

Candidate Profile:

HRIS Project Manager - Essential

English: Fluent (spoken, reading, writing)

Technical and Functional Skills: This role involves managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Good organization skills are essential to meet deadlines, structure project phases, and ensure smooth implementation of HRIS tools.
