Engineering Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Align and integrate technical information across all stakeholders involved in project engineering, including architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, class and flag authorities, and project managers.
2. Track the progress of the engineering scope to meet deadlines.
3. Ensure all rules and processes are followed, including HSE regulations, signed quotes, administrative procedures, and contracts.
4. Guarantee that works performed by the company or subcontractors meet yachting quality standards.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to developing long-term business relationships.
6. Assist project managers during the execution phase with technical support.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the yachting or maritime industry, with a strong background in complex refits or new-build projects.
• Solid understanding of at least two of the following fields: systems, electrical and mechanical engineering, metal work, painting, carpentry, composites, HVAC, AVIT, plumbing, and their integration within yacht construction and refits.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively across multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
