The Fuel and Fluid Systems Division (DSFF) of SAO works on fuel and fluid systems as well as anti-icing systems.
Reporting to the Program Management Department within the Fluid Systems and Icing Protection product line, your main role is to achieve the objectives set by the company's General Management and contractual commitments with clients.
Your missions include:
- Owning the Business Plan and having financial authority within the program according to delegated powers.
- Managing the program's performance, cost, quality, and deadlines, and configuring the product in line with internal processes.
- Communicating program objectives to the company's Business Units within your delegation and ensuring resource availability.
- Establishing the execution framework (KPIs, reporting, macro planning, risk management, and action plans).
- Managing the Program Team, including leading meetings, communicating objectives, sharing information, and arbitration.
- Ensuring consistency and cohesion in communication with the client.
You hold a Bac +5 degree with at least 5 years of proven experience in program or project management.
Experienced in client relations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and reporting to management.
Recognized for your synthesis skills, efficiency, and leadership.
