Your mission / impact :

The cardiometabolic team at Global Patient Affairs is looking for a student to assess Patient Advisory Council Impact by managing and generating AI-based insights from raw data produced by the Cardiometabolic Patient Advisory Council (PAC). The role involves providing advanced analytical capabilities and key performance indicators on PAC activity metrics, the effectiveness of report dissemination, and the internal use of AI-generated insights. The student will create concise and insightful reports to foster collaboration across all departments at Servier. This position will enhance our assessment of the impact of PAC with different internal and external stakeholders and strengthen our relationships with patient communities.

  • Management of raw data generated by PAC
  • Generating reports in various formats (videos, podcasts, decks, PDFs, etc.)
  • Generating insights using AI, interacting with the Competitive Intelligence Department
  • Quarterly report on PAC outcomes including dashboards and surveys
  • Establishing metrics for qualitative and quantitative PAC activities with third parties
  • Secure internal dissemination of reports/data with GPA Communications support
  • Participating in PAC meetings
  • Possible participation in AI/digital pharma congresses
  • Benchmarking pharma Patient Board activities
Your profile :

We are looking for a student passionate about [specific field or skill] with a strong desire to learn and invest in a dynamic environment. Required skills :

  • Education: Pharmacist + Master / DU digital / AI or Engineer + Master in Health / Pharma; 6th year post-bac (the applicant already has the equivalent of a Master 2 and is starting a specialized Master's degree, for example)
  • Hard skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, social media, proficient in English (C1), demonstrated interest/knowledge in AI with experience in advanced prompting, ability to generate concise and impactful reports
  • Soft skills: Leadership, assertiveness, communication, organization, teamwork, well-organized
