Introduction

What you can expect

• Be responsible for claims management setup and interdisciplinary communication, especially with the Quality Management department.
• Process incoming and outgoing claims, involving external legal advisors if necessary.
• Drive the development and standardization of claim management processes and documentation.
• Prioritize risks based on economic and legal implications.
• Support departments with claim management, contract preparation, and warranty review.
• Manage central warranty processing.
• Create analyses and train stakeholders to prevent future claims.

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in civil engineering, electrical engineering, law, or a comparable qualification (preferably energy technology, industrial engineering, or electrical engineering).
• Experience in claim or contract management.
• Several years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in photovoltaics.
• Assertiveness and confidence.
• Excellent communication skills and high social competence.
• Strong team orientation, problem-solving skills, and an independent working style.
• Proficiency in German (C2); good English skills (C1) are advantageous.
