Job Title: Chef de Projet Retail Expérience

LVMH Fragrance Brands, within the Perfumes and Cosmetics division, brings together two iconic beauty houses: Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums. These houses share unique expertise and a common passion across three axes: perfume, makeup, and skincare. Shared functions in Finance, Production, and Human Resources provide employees with diverse daily activities. Creative teams operate within two distinct directions, dedicated to preserving and developing the DNA and uniqueness of each House: Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums.

Position: Retail Experience Project Manager, reporting to the International Retail Excellence Department.

Job Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Retail Excellence Director, you will participate in deploying Retail Excellence within the Houses of Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums.
Your missions include:
Developing retail team skills:
  • Beauty Consultants: Create and deploy tools to enhance service quality at points of sale, respecting LFB's relational signature. Foster a culture of retail performance through assets and tools. Support the development of perfume, makeup, skincare, and digital assets, collaborating with project managers for each area, bringing a retail perspective.
  • Retail Managers: Participate in developing and deploying training programs for retail managers, in collaboration with HR and specialized providers.
  • Trainers/Coaches: Contribute to developing training programs for market trainers/coaches, collaborating with specialized providers. Facilitate the Trainer community through Train The Trainers sessions and the annual Retail Education seminar.
  • Support key markets in deploying programs and analyze KPIs.
Evaluating and supporting Retail Excellence:
  • Develop and animate the Master BC community, organize and lead the annual seminar.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Operations Project Manager and other support services (Marketing/CRM) on developing and deploying training tools related to retail tools or programs (KCPs, loyalty programs).
  • Monitor the worldwide development and deployment of corporate uniforms in collaboration with the Purchasing department.
Profile

Background: Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in retail. BAC +3/5. Fluent in English.

Skills:

  • Ability to influence markets and stakeholders through transversal management.
  • Sensitivity to retail & customer orientation.
  • Ability to produce and structure complex presentations for pedagogical purposes.
  • Organizational skills: planning, budgeting, project tracking.
  • Reactivity, prioritization, decision-making.
  • Public speaking, good interpersonal skills, ease of contact.
  • Team spirit and sharing mentality.
  • Proficiency in PPT, Excel, Word.
