    Job Description

As a European Business Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams to coordinate Endeavour's business operations and expansion across Europe. This role is vital in supporting the entire Endeavour ecosystem and ensuring organizational success.

    The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy, highly organized, and an excellent communicator. You should be self-motivated, eager to face challenges, and capable of working independently and within a team.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with leadership on organizational strategies across Europe.
    • Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
    • Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
    • Provide executive support to ensure seamless coordination across time zones.
    • Participate in daily check-ins to stay aligned on priorities.
    • Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements.
    • Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and propose solutions.
    Skills & Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business role.
    • Fluent in French and English.
    • Technically adept, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proficient in learning new systems quickly.
