At Gorgias, the Demand Generation team is at the forefront of revenue generation. Our goal is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos through marketing experiments across multiple channels (email, ads, customer referral, direct mail), rapidly scaling successful initiatives, and supporting other departments with growth initiatives (sales, partnerships, events, etc.).

In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving ambitious monthly targets and driving pipeline growth by running experiments across marketing channels. You'll also help departments scale their acquisition efforts by collaborating with growth engineers to develop automated, scalable revenue operations processes.
You are revenue-obsessed, owning outcomes rather than effort. You don't need a SaaS or growth background but must have a relentless drive to scale, execute, and collaborate across teams. You hold high standards, demand excellence, and focus on continuous improvement, precision, and speed.
You possess a hacker mentality, obsessing over innovative ways to hit targets faster, even against conventional wisdom.
You demonstrate extreme ownership and autonomy, closing gaps proactively, driving initiatives, and delivering results independently.
You have prompt engineering skills, designing and optimizing AI-driven copy and outreach to drive conversions.
You can write complex SQL queries (Python skills are a plus) to analyze campaign performance and derive insights.
