About the team

At Gorgias, the Demand Generation team is at the forefront of revenue generation. Our goal is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos through marketing experiments across multiple channels (email, ads, customer referral, direct mail), rapidly scaling successful initiatives, and supporting other departments with growth initiatives (sales, partnerships, events, etc.).

The team is composed of two main squads:

  1. Marketing Intelligence: Responsible for growth experiments, ideation, campaign management, data analysis, and copy creation.
  2. Marketing Operations: Responsible for implementing and maintaining automated acquisition systems, transforming data, and turning innovative ideas into reality. You will work with growth engineers like Guillaume Aubert, Victor Barre, Axel Ruiz, and data analysts such as Gonalo Jardim.
About the role

In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving ambitious monthly targets and driving pipeline growth by running experiments across marketing channels. You'll also help departments scale their acquisition efforts by collaborating with growth engineers to develop automated, scalable revenue operations processes.

What you'll do
  • Own and grow our Demand Generation revenue (outbound customer referral) by executing growth experiments, building workflows, and partnering with growth engineers to develop new systems and intent signals.
  • Scale AI-driven outreach, design and optimize prompts using prompt engineering, and structure data sources (competitive analysis, customer research, persona insights) to enhance AI copywriting and improve outreach and event follow-up performance using PromptLayer.
  • Support the launch of new marketing products by working with the Product Marketing team to execute acquisition campaigns and meet aggressive targets, owning results from launch to impact.
  • Drive cross-functional revenue initiatives by partnering with Sales, Partnerships, Ambassadors, and Events teams. Identify business needs, develop scalable solutions, and collaborate with growth engineers to implement them (e.g., AI-powered event follow-ups).
  • Conduct data analysis using SQL to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
Example projects you'll work on
  • Boost outbound email reply rates by designing AI prompts for intent signals and evergreen campaigns, optimizing instructions to follow best practices, minimizing hallucinations, and structuring resources like competitor comparison grids.
  • Optimize customer referral campaigns by leveraging internal data (employment history, LinkedIn connections) for hyperpersonalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct mail.
  • Refine event follow-up campaigns by optimizing content with AI-powered copy, implementing multichannel outreach, and collaborating with the Partner Manager to enhance manual follow-ups with workflows that surface key account insights.
