Integration Project Manager – Post Acquisition Integrations

Remote with weekly / bi-weekly travel within France

Permanent | Up to €45,000 + €5000 bonus and benefits

Job Description

As part of rapid international expansion in France, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee Integration Projects and onboard newly acquired businesses into the group.

  • Update and share group policies with newly acquired businesses, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Document existing business processes and systems usage to support integration planning.
  • Organise and track training sessions to support successful rollouts.
  • Create training materials, communications, and project notices as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in integrations, transformation, or business change projects.
  • Formal project management certification (Prince2, PMP, APM, or equivalent).
  • Ability to quickly establish trust and reassure leadership teams of smooth processes.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within France to meet with leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and change control.
  • Fluent in French and English; knowledge of German or other European languages is beneficial.
  • Driving licence required.
