The Insurance Case Support Specialist is responsible for contributing to the company's individual life and health insurance sales goals by providing product information and sales support to Sun Life Financial advisors. This position plays a key role in the acquisition and retention of individual life and health business using their knowledge of Sun Life's products, illustration tools, the competition, and simple personal concepts using insurance products.
Role reports to the Director of Insurance Sales Support.
The base pay range is for the primary location of the job and may vary depending on the work location and other factors. In addition to base pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans based on individual and company performance. Some roles with a sales focus may have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
