Description du poste

Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.

MISSIONS

The Infra Site Supervisor's mission is to manage the site, in coordination with the Works Supervisor and the various trades. They must ensure construction works meet schedules and the commitments undertaken.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Team management
2. Complete onboarding of employees, temporary staff and sub-contractors and verify authorizations (French Certificate of Fitness for Safe Driving (CACES)). Present the building site, its challenges, risks and the construction works to be completed to employees.
3. Organize and plan the missions and the work of the teams, based on building site requirements and progress.
4. Support teams’ professionalization and upskilling and manage HR processes within the scope they are responsible for.
5. Encourage professional best practices and govern improper conduct.

Building site preparation and installation

1. Ensure availability and consistency of all building site administrative documentation (authorizations, installation plans, construction working drawings, etc.).
2. Define and review the building site construction works, while acknowledging construction plans and documentation by visiting the site.
3. Establish the construction works schedule and operating procedures with the Works Supervisor, including technical decisions, security, resources, teams, and safety and quality plans.
4. Communicate procedures and documentation to teams and ensure their understanding.
5. Ensure the equipment and materials needed are available, anticipate needs, order them, and manage their supply.
6. Ensure the implementation of signage, security devices, access roads, storage areas, and living quarters if needed.
7. Supervise the acceptance, storage, and boarding of supplies.

Monitoring of the building site’s construction

1. Supervise the setup and progress of the construction, outline challenges, and assign tasks.
2. Monitor the schedule, perform technical checks, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
3. Draft and communicate reports.

Building site handover

1. Ensure the completion of works, organize site withdrawal, and participate in handover processes.
2. Collect elements for as-built drawings.

Quality, Prevention, Security, Environment

1. Apply safety guidelines, produce reports, and ensure quality and security within lead times.
2. Manage environmental constraints and safety measures.

Specific activities include managing pipe works, demolition, rail works, earthworks, roads, pipe laying, coating, transportation, asphalt work, and surface dressings, with specific responsibilities and safety standards for each.

Job requirements include significant team leadership experience, necessary authorizations, and safety training standards. The reporting line is to the Works Supervisor, with internal and external relations as specified.
