Job Summary

Collaborate with teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Services, and Engineering to develop strategies that unlock solutions for our customers. Understand their business needs and technical landscapes to deliver tailored, impactful solutions that make a difference.

Essential Functions

Presales Engineers work with the Account/Sales Team by providing expertise in:

1. Understanding customers' technical needs related to specific markets or products.
2. Performing consultative selling of support and system solutions.
3. Managing and evolving technology collaboration and support.
4. Participating in customer evaluations and proof of concepts.
5. Planning and directing projects to support sales efforts, including costs, staffing, and technical leadership.
6. Staying updated on new product features and fixes.

Job Requirements

• At least 15+ years' experience in the technology industry.
• Experience with Net App solutions portfolio is highly desired.
• Strong understanding of data storage, management, security, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Ability to communicate technical subjects effectively to diverse audiences.
• Creative problem-solving skills and interest in current IT trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in French (native) and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
