This marks another milestone in our journey to becoming the go-to solution for modern roadside assistance across Europe—and beyond. We operate on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive industry—insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside help delivery. We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team, optimize our processes, and set new industry standards for excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing the digital support process and intervening when necessary. Requirements include proficiency in French (C1/C2 level) and good knowledge of English. Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus. This is a part-time role of 30 hours, shift-based, with occasional night and weekend shifts. Please send your CV in English.
