À quoi ressemble le poste :

1. Tu gères le flux quotidien de commandes : préparation, emballage et expédition pour que nos clients reçoivent leur café à temps. Préparer et expédier les commandes en France & international — zéro rupture sous ta surveillance.
2. Réceptionner café vert, packaging et matériel ; le poste implique le déplacement régulier de cartons et sacs de café jusqu’à 60 kg et un travail debout la majeure partie de la journée.
3. Expérience logistique bienvenue, mais on veut avant tout un·e pro de l’organisation.
4. Esprit entrepreneurial, rigoureux·se, autonome.
5. Français courant ; anglais opérationnel apprécié.
6. Une fois le flux maîtrisé, tu pourras évoluer vers la planification de la production, la gestion d’outils ou la logistique sourcing.
