As Malt grows and scales, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our Community team. Malt's community of over 500K freelancers in France includes tech specialists, project managers, support functions, product designers, marketing consultants, and more. The Community team's mission is to attract and activate high-value freelancers, engage them, ensure their positive experience, and contribute to company growth.

Our freelancers can become our best ambassadors and bring new opportunities.

Being an intern at Malt means supporting your manager in daily tasks through teamwork while gaining autonomy. You will also have opportunities to participate in internal projects proactively. If successful, you might continue with Malt on a permanent basis after your internship!

• Identify and analyze skills gaps based on client needs (AI, Cybersecurity, SAP)
• Develop AI market knowledge and train internal teams to improve sourcing (training, new sourcing tools)
• Assist in developing 'future of work' communities (onboarding, profile readiness)
• Help organize networking events and high-touch activities for scarce freelancers
• Show interest in business development and project management
• Currently enrolled in a business school or similar and seeking an internship from July 2025
• Possess a service mindset and enjoy interacting with freelancers
• Be proactive, organized, responsible, and able to work autonomously
• Fluent in French and proficient in English for communication within an international team

• Initial call with Sarah (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to discuss your background and aspirations
• Interview and case study with Céline & Lena to explore your experience and the role (60 minutes: 30 min presentation, 30 min interview)
• Final coffee with the team to validate your profile
