Job Description:

Integration Project Manager – Post Acquisition Integrations. Remote with weekly / bi-weekly travel within France. Permanent | Up to €45,000 + €5000 bonus and benefits.

As part of rapid international expansion in France, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage Integration Projects, onboarding newly acquired businesses into the group.

Responsibilities include updating and sharing group policies with newly acquired businesses, ensuring understanding and compliance; documenting existing business processes and systems to support integration planning; organizing and tracking training sessions to ensure successful rollouts; creating training materials, communications, and project notices as needed.

Minimum requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in integrations, transformation, or business change projects.
  2. Formal project management certification (Prince2, PMP, APM, or equivalent).
  3. A demeanor that quickly establishes and builds trust and reassures the acquired business leadership that the process will be smooth.
  4. Willingness to travel within France regularly to meet with the leadership team of the acquired business.
  5. Strong understanding of risk management and change control.
  6. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus and may lead to greater global mobility.
  7. Driving license required.
