A leading company in high-tech analytical instruments is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Lyon. The role involves servicing mass spectrometry instruments across France, requiring strong technical skills, adaptability, and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will have a background in analytical chemistry or electronics and enjoy customer interaction. Frequent travel is essential.

To strengthen their field technical team—particularly for their range of mass spectrometers—they are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Service Engineer for weekly travel across France.
Your mission :
After an internal training period in Europe and / or the United States, you will work directly on the instruments at client sites. You will be responsible for installations, training sessions, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance. You will primarily work on the range of mass spectrometers. Thanks to your technical background and training, you may occasionally assist clients with their methods and analytical issues.
Based in the Lyon region working from a home office, you will travel throughout France to service mass spectrometry instruments, with the goal of becoming the go-to expert for this product range.
