Qualifications

The franchisee solely controls all employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other employment terms. About the Establishment

Since 1387, Hotel Maison Rouge Autograph Collection has embodied the French art of hospitality in an elegant setting. Located in the heart of Strasbourg, surrounded by ancient stained glass windows, our 5-star hotel offers a timeless escape. Fully renovated in 2021, it features 131 rooms and suites, a 150m sensory spa, and a service marked by delicacy and care.

Your Mission

As a true ambassador of excellence, you will be the maestro of our guests' welcome and wellbeing. Working closely with teams and management, you will bring the spirit of Maison Rouge to life with passion and attention to detail. As an inspiring leader, you will coordinate front office and concierge operations while contributing to the hotel's overall strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Team Supervision : Lead up to 14 team members (front desk, concierge, guest relations, luggage service).
  2. Guest Experience & Quality : Deliver a warm, exceptional, and personalized welcome to every guest. Ensure bespoke touches for VIP clientele. Guarantee a flawless stay from arrival to departure. Respond promptly to guest feedback. Supervise and nurture a passionate team. Foster a positive team dynamic. Train and onboard new talents. Lead team meetings and support growth.
  3. Performance & Organization : Optimize occupancy and ancillary revenues. Collaborate with other departments. Ensure smooth scheduling. Enforce Marriott standards and 5-star requirements. Participate in annual budgeting.
  4. Operations & Coordination : Monitor reservations, group bookings, accounts receivable, and deposits. Maintain daily liaison with hotel departments. Contribute to strategic direction.

Profile Sought

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar luxury hospitality role.
  • Guest and operations-oriented with strong service mindset.
  • Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and leadership ability.
  • Fluent in French and English; third language a plus.
  • Knowledge of systems: OPERA, MARSHA, MGS, EMPOWER.
